    The Nursing Home Administrator Consultant will assist Pathway Health clients and will be accountable for the management and operation of post-acute care settings. The responsibilities will vary between facilities depending on the size, level of care and focus of management.

    The Administrator will work with their Pathway Mentor to direct and coordinate all activities to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws while ensuring the highest degree of quality of care is consistently provided to the customers.

    ***This position requires a MN or WI LNHA***

    Qualifications:
    • Must hold a bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred
    • 0-3 years of applicable experience
    • Administrators must be licensed according to Federal and State regulations and must attend continuing education as required.
    • Must possess leadership qualities, as well as the ability to guide and direct others.
    • Must have excellent communication skills; must be able to write reports and correspondences.
    • Must possess excellent computer skills.
    • Possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle, maintain a current driver's license and provide proof of auto insurance indicating coverage for uninsured motorist
    • Must keep all professional licenses and certifications updated as required and provide proof of current licensure.
