- Develop, maintain, and update the master bond program schedule covering design, procurement, and construction phases.
- Coordinate with project teams to gather schedule updates and integrate contractor schedules into the master program schedule.
- Utilize Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling tools to manage and track project timelines.
- Ensure consistency in activity coding, milestones, and calendars across all projects.
- Maintain accurate schedule documentation for reporting and project closeout.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in program-level scheduling using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools required
- Oracle Primavera P6 Certification preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP - PMI) Certification preferred
- Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP - AACE International) Certification preferred
