    You will work on integrating LLMs, embeddings, and other AI technologies into our product offerings, pushing the boundaries of whats possible to deliver innovative features and exceptional user experiences.

    Our product team emphasizes rapid experimentation and iteration, and you will own the end-to-end delivery and success of featuresfrom coding and testing to deployment, monitoring, and customer rolloutwhile maintaining high standards of engineering and code quality.

    Additionally, you will work closely with customers, gathering immediate feedback to continuously improve our products and ensure they meet user needs effectively./ph2Your Responsibilities/h2ulliDevelop customer-focused applications by building new features, improving existing ones, and creating entirely new products./liliUtilize the latest advances in machine learning, LLMs and other AI technologies to enhance our products and deliver delightful user experiences./liliCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, and Platform Engineers to ideate and develop mission-critical applications./liliConduct rapid prototyping and iterative development to enhance AI solutions based on real-world performance and user feedback./liliEnsure our core functionality is stable, scalable, well-maintained, and continuously improving./liliContinuously grow your technical skills to tackle our toughest challenges related to quality, performance, robustness, and reliability./liliContribute to our teams culture and future by mentoring other engineers and setting standards of engineering excellence./liliSupport and scale highly-available, highly-trafficked services essential for our customers time-sensitive, business-critical needs./li/ulh2Qualifications
    • Technical Skills/h2ulli5+ years of experience in professional full stack software development, with a recent focus on leveraging AI/ML technologies.
    /liliExpertise in working with all components of a modern web application./liliProficiency in programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, or Go./liliProficiency in object-oriented programming, systems design, and working with large-scale, low-latency systems./liliExperience using frontier-scale LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) programmatically for developing applications in production environments is a plus./liliExperience working with SQL and RDBMS (PostgreSQL preferred) and data warehousing solutions./liliStrong software engineering practices, including coding, unit testing, code reviews, and design documentation./liliB.S. or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)./li/ulh2Qualifications
