    Foodiehall is actively seeking a Catering & Group Sales Manager to join our team and grow our restaurant in the Cherry Hill and surrounding areas. If you are highly motivated, enjoy good food, and have experience growing relationships with local businesses, this is the role for you

    Foodiehall is a delivery and take-out only food hall providing a tasty variety of high-quality cuisines from 9 different restaurants including: Geno's Steaks (from Philadelphia), Dando Tacos, Criss Crust Pizza, DaNick's Craft Burgers, and more. No more settling for one type of food when one person wants pizza and someone else wants burgers.

    The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for generating, managing, and coordinating outside catering sales, office orders, and large group orders. They will also initiate, direct, and implement marketing functions to these orders. The Catering Sales Manager will oversee all aspects of catering, large group, and office orders, through contract negotiation and finalization, to group reception and event catering.

    The Catering Sales Manager shall maintain a consistently positive and professional relationship with all clients. He or she will handle sales and customer service issues by providing customer service; researching, resolving, and clarifying any questions; and providing appropriate suggestions regarding menu selections. Catering Sales Manager shall also be available to assist with general catering operations as needed, such as to facilitate delivery or set up.

    Responsibilities

    • Build strong relationships by networking & prospecting with key decision markers.
    • Independently source, identify, and pursue outside networking opportunities through professional industry resources, community events, or special events.
    • Responsible for negotiating & submitting finalized catering contracts or orders.
    • Maintain an extensive client database for follow-up sales calls and contact.
    • Address all catering requirements & requests in a professional manner.
    • Coordinate and deliver effective catering sales presentations.
    • Maintain accurate records for all catering sales activities.
    • Communicate with Executive Chef, Office Manager, and Sous Chefs about customer needs.
    • Assist in the planning and coordination of catered events, as necessary.
    • Serve as primary contact once an order is placed; approve any changes, respond to questions or concerns in a timely manner.
    • Assist with follow-up of guests' experience, ensuring that issues are addressed.

    Qualifications

    • 2 or more years in a sales role, with proven track record.
    • Minimum 1 year related hospitality industry experience.
    • Outgoing Great personality Self Motivated
    • Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends, as necessary.
    • Ability to travel to outside sales calls and/or off-site events. (Must have car)
    • Successful experience in catering (or related) sales generation, contract negotiation and pricing, catering, banquets or menu development.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, Toast, CRM)
    *Salary Starting at $50,000 plus quartely commissions
