- The Lead Superintendent will have overall construction responsibilities for a ground-up wood-frame multifamily project in Orlando, FL valued at $80MM. The Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Multifamily projects ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project duration.
- Great Owner/Builder in Orlando with a solid pipeline.
- Completely review, coordinate, and implement the quality assurance program developed for the project
- Monitor project labor productivity and material quantity requirements
- Maintain project plans, communication, correspondence and subcontracts
- Review, coordinate and implement the safety measures and applicable company programs & OSHA standards
- Review project punch list and oversee completion of all project disciplines necessary to receive a certificate of occupancy
- Review the Building Specification to confirm material, subcontractor, and equipment criteria and identify potential project document conflict
- Ten (10) years of experience, specifically on ground-up wood-frame construction projects is preferred.
- Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion
- Advanced verbal & written communication skills, ability to navigate Microsoft Office Suites, Procore, Bluebeam, and other similar construction software
