Job summary
We are seeking to hire a Drafter to join our team in the Lancaster region.Create designs from rough sketches and drawings specifications. Drafts detailed construction drawings and installations such as walls roofs floors plumbing water electrical cabinets gas lines duct prints foundations elevations etc.Uses computer assisted design CAD equipment software create detail drawings
Drafts limited approvals submits sales third-party agencies Must familiar commercial residential building codes US Confer Production Quality Control staff resolve design details problems Lays out redesigns modifies home arrangement interconnections components systems Utilizes knowledge various machines engineering practices mathematics building materials physical sciences complete drawings Shows dimensions material used information necessary make detailed drawing clear complete Generates calculations analysis selected designs approved software Submits drawings third-party agencies approval Other duties assigned Must familiar commercial residential building codes US
