- Prioritize growth in National accounts by developing chain pharmacy, institutional long-term care, and mail-order pharmacy relationships.
- Develop and execute a Sales Strategy to maximize the growth of Eyecon and RxSafe products in Independent, Retail, Hospital and Health System, and Institutional LTC & Mail Order pharmacies.
- Consult on Pharmacy Workflows, highlighting how Eyecon and RxSafe products can be used for process improvements and identifying system solution selling opportunities.
- Lead the team to meet and exceed annual commercial targets by providing Sales Leadership to the combined RxSafe and Eyecon Sales teams, reviewing sales pipelines, and future sales opportunities.
- Develop the sales team through effective talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development plans.
- Support the Business Unit Manager with market research, industry trends, and future growth opportunities, and help build up the Annual and Long-Range Plans.
- Understand the value proposition for all products and effectively communicate this to customers through sales proposals and customer presentations.
- Develop pricing strategies for all products to support Annual revenue growth and expected margins.
- Work with the Marketing department to maximize sales at tradeshows and attend as required.
- Help lead the Salesforce implementation for the commercial function and drive accountability throughout the sales team.
- Regularly review the order entry process for quality and accuracy, providing feedback as needed.

RxSafe LLC is a rapidly growing medical robotics device company located in Vista, California. Our cutting-edge pharmacy automation systems include robotic compliance packaging and inventory control storage and retrieval devices for pharmacies.
In this role, the VP of Sales will lead the commercial function of both RxSafe and Eyecon brands. This position will create and set sales strategies to deliver Annual and Long-Range Plan growth, provide regular guidance, mentoring, and coaching support to the sales team, and travel with the sales team to close deals.
