    We are seeking an experienced Investment Director with expertise in both PPAs and Contract Management to join our dynamic team.

    As an Investment Manager, you will play a crucial role in serving as the primary point of contact for clients, key stakeholder, and others.

    Also, you will oversee the successful implementation of bids for PPA projects in the United States.

    This role will initially function as the Investment Director for Greening Investments, serving as the eyes on the ground for the Head of Investments.

    This position is located in Miami, FL.


    Responsibilities:
    Project bids for Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) Projects, ensuring alignment with investment strategies.
    Financial analysis, sensitivity studies and risk assessments to make informed investment decisions.
    Support the Global Structure team seeking funding.
    Collaborate with the Bidding Team to optimize project proposals and maximize financial returns.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates.
    Cultivate and expand local commercial relationships to enhance business opportunities.
    Lead the selection and hiring process for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors.
    Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with EPCs and other contractors to ensure project success.
    Oversee the management of project assets, ensuring optimal performance and financial returns.
    Assist in understanding the details of the business, including fiscal, regulatory, and contractual aspects.


    Requirements:
    ~ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    ~5+ years of experience in PPA origination, private equity, or corporate financing
    ~ Familiarity with the renewable energy sector, specifically in Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
    ~ Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
    ~ In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, taxation, and market trends in the energy industry.
    ~ Proven experience in investment management, contract negotiation, and asset management within the renewable energy sector.
    ~ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interactions and negotiation processes.
    ~ Solid financial and analytical skills to assess project viability and make informed investment decisions.
    ~ Proficient in financial modeling, risk analysis, and asset performance evaluation.
