The Client Support Specialist will be a part of Meritain Health, under CVS Health. This person will support our 1:1 renewal and new client onboarding season by performing various quality control checks, specifically within cross-functional teams & processes. They will also support these processes by reviewing intake requests for accuracy, either approving or denying as appropriate.

The Client Support Specialist will:

  • Support our 1.1 renewal and new client onboarding season by performing various quality control checks within cross functional teams and processes.
  • Support our 1.1 renewal and new client onboarding season by reviewing intake requests for accuracy, either approving or denying.
  • Support the billing staff by performing upfront quality control checks.
  • Support our discretionary credits and allowances processes.
  • Utilize various systems as needed, primarily DG, Accpac Import, and exports.
  • Support internal/external audits as assigned.
  • Perform various cross training functionalities as necessary
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience of experience in an analytical, data-driven, and/or mathematics-based role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel at an intermediate or advanced level.
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm Eastern Standard Time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience utilizing Salesforce.
  • Previous experience in quality control and/or auditing.
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Associates of Applied Sciences in finance or mathematical-related field.

Education

  • Associate's degree.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$ $42.35

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
