    Description

Reid Health is seeking a patient-centered Perioperative physician to join our growing Perioperative program. Looking for a driven physician to assist with the growth of our robust program. Ideal candidate will enjoy teaching and continually learning.

    Position Details:

    • Full-time hospital employed position
    • Team: 1 Physician, 3 APPs, support staff,(1 MA per provider to help support), 1 phlebotomist, 2 RNs, 3 LPNs
    • Schedule: Monday - Friday; open to 4 or 5 day work week options; No call
    • Average patients per day: 6-7 patients
    • Working with all surgical service lines: general surgery, trauma, orthopedics, orthopedic spine, OB/Gyn, urology, GI, ENT, vascular surgery, cath lab and plastics
    • Highly collaborative; multi-disciplinary teams working to optimize surgical patient outcomes across the health system
    • Enjoy working alongside multiple specialties and highly collaborative Administrative/Leadership team
    • Opportunity to work with Family Medicine residents and 3rd and 4th year medical students

    Compensation Details:

    • Excellent base salary, $60K sign-on bonus, and qualifying for the PSLF
    • Excellent benefits package with malpractice and tail coverage
      • Benefits: 403b with company match, 457f, health/dental/vision, PTO and country club membership included
    • Paid vacation annually
    • $5K annual CME allowance

    Board Eligible or Board Certified Required: Family Medicine / Internal Medicine / Anesthesiology

    Experience Required: 3+ years of experience

    Licensure: Indiana Medical License

    Certifications: Must maintain BLS/ACLS
