    Red Cell is looking to hire an experienced finance operations manager. The role will provide management and support for essential finance and operational functions for incubations within Red Cell.
    You will report to Red Cell's Director of Finance Operations. Our offices are located in Tysons Corner, VA but this can be a remote position if desired.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


    Manage essential finance and operational functions for incubations within Red Cell, including setting up bank accounts, initiating insurance coverage, and managing federal and state filings.

    Provide support to the Red Cell platform by managing insurance coverage, responding to federal and state notices, and maintaining accurate corporate records.

    Manage and maintain cap tables.
    Liaise with consulting firm to perform necessary valuations for Red Cell.
    Develop and execute processes to ensure staff compliance with key business functions.
    Other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree required; degree in a finance-related field a plus5 years of in-house back office or finance/operations team experienceExperience with corporate insurance a plusStrong functional use of Excel and the Microsoft suiteStrict attention to detail, highly organized, and efficientExcellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and think creatively to solve problemsStrong research skills and comfortable working with limited informationAbility to successfully manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote-first environment Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teamsBenefits:100% employer paid, comprehensive health care including medical, dental, and vision for you and your family.
