    Overview:

    The Assembler II is responsible for a diverse range of assembly tasks to produce precise electro-mechanical assemblies. They utilize precision measuring tools to ensure adherence to blueprint specifications and tolerances, guaranteeing customer requirements are met. The role involves working with a microscope for extended periods to assemble delicate antenna products, following process specifications and utilizing standard measuring tools for accuracy.


    Responsibilities:

    • Communicate work progress to management during daily Value Stream meetings
    • Identify and address non-compliance issues, seeking continuous improvement opportunities
    • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and planning teams to resolve quality and delivery-related challenges
    • Adhere to 5S practices and maintain Safety, Health, and Environmental compliance in daily activities
    • Perform mechanical assembly tasks including masking, marking, pressure testing, and limited RF testing

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum Requirements:
    • 1–2 years of relevant experience
    • Familiarity with geometric tolerances
    • Ability to interpret blueprints
    • Basic computer skills
    • Proficient soldering skills required
    • Access to technology controlled by ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws may be necessary for this role

    • Preferred Requirements:
    • 1+ years of soldering experience
