- Manages the Production and Servicing of Real Estate Settlements
- Prepare and review title commitments, policies, and other related documents according to company standards and guidelines
- Operational and Financial responsibility for the performance of the office
- Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, real estate agents, and other parties to resolve title issues and facilitate smooth transactions
- Maintain and update title records, databases, and files to ensure efficient retrieval and organization of information
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the title industry
- Proficient in conducting title searches and examining title documents
- Strong knowledge of state and local title regulations and requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve title issues
