    We're looking for a creative, organized, team oriented individual to add to our Marketing team

    Position can be based in any of our Nebraska, Colorado or Kansas locations depending upon skill sets.


    POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting the marketing department to create digital marketing and content, as directed by the Marketing Director. Design elements will coordinate with the bank's branding and overall aesthetic goals. Will produce department and bank specific reports, manage vendor contracts, manage workflows which are compliant, work with other departments to support their sales strategies, and other support tasks as assigned.

    PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Create multi-channel digital marketing content; focusing on both internal and external audiences. Develop content publishing strategies across digital marketing platforms (website, social media, email marketing, etc.), including the scheduling and execution of such content. Oversee website content, as well as the user experience with website features and layout. Design customer communication journeys & strategies for increased customer engagement and cross-selling opportunities
    2. Assist the Marketing Director with maintaining accurate product, branch, contact and other marketing information in printed and electronic forms, including brochures, lobby displays, website, intranet resources, and other media. Provide assistance with the creation of marketing materials as directed by the Marketing Director such as branch flyers, social media campaigns and/or posts, email campaigns, direct mail, customer surveys, customer statement messaging, website design, etc. . .
    3. Assists Marketing Director with daily operational tasks including ROI reports, market share reports, invoice management, and other report generation, as needed. Lead monthly and annual inventory coordination with product management vendors, such as QRG. Assist with sourcing apparel, promotional, and business card samples for review. Manage vendor contracts and coordinate appointments as necessary for review.
    4. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications; specifically Word, Excel, Adobe (including all graphic design products), Publisher, and Outlook. Maintain and coordinate calendars between the marketing department and functional lines as well as with outside vendors.
    5. Expertise in managing/facilitating/executing multiple projects from start to finish. Will assist with the management of workflows for compliance approvals, product changes, and other requests for all functional lines of business utilizing bank specific products; i.e. Kadince. Maintaining compliance and marketing policy/process/procedure is a must.
    6. Is an expert in the marketing processes and procedures in order to assist with the facilitation of training with new and existing staff. Will maintain proper user parameters for all marketing platforms (i.e. Kadince). May be asked to develop SOPs to assist with further training.
    7. Manage the operational support of the Corp Store managing user access and the overall maintenance and upkeep of the store for our employees.
