- Design & estimate projects, secure contracts, and lead crews to deliver exceptional results.
- Track budgets, timelines, and quality standards, ensuring timely and profitable project completion.
- Drive sales growth to expand the enhancement division.
- Manage all project administration through Aspire.You Are:
- An experienced enhancement professional (3+ years) with proven estimating skills.
- A strong communicator, skilled at client interaction and crew leadership.
- Design-savvy, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
