    Job Summary
    We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to join our team As a mental health therapist, you will perform quality, sound, evidenced-based, trauma & attachment - informed treatment, and responsive care to clients seeking services, assessments, consultations, and professional development training.  If you are passionate about helping clients heal and find wellness; we want to hear from you  
    Responsibilities
    • Perform intake assessments
    • Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
    • Create individualized treatment plans for each client
    • Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
    • Record all documentation in EHR System, adequately and timely, to be consistent with billing requirements and practice policy
    • Adhere to all practice and licensing standards
    Qualifications
    • Licensed or Licensed Eligible - must meet residency requirements respective to Board (Counseling or Social Work)
    • Completed or in the process of completing a Master's degree in counseling, social work, human services, or a similar field
    • Maintain personal professional liability insurance 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong planning and organization skills
