    Description

    Our client, a leading global provider of specialty lines insurance and reinsurance, is looking to bring on a Business Process Analyst for a three month assignment at their offices in Alpharetta, GA on a hybrid basis (three days in the office and two days working from home).

    Responsibilities:

    Creation of Business Analysis artifacts* to support the delivery of projects via the following:

    • SMART objectives
    • scope definition
    • feasibility study
    • as-is process mapping and metrics
    • document analysis
    • impact assessment
    • gap analysis
    • to-be process mapping and metrics
    • root cause analysis
    • requirements catalogue
    • solution validation
    • exceptions criteria
    • and traceability matrix.
    • Responsible for the creation of Business Process design and re-engineering artifacts utilizing Blueworks; as-is, to-be mappings (e.g. level 4 swim lane process mapping with level 5 supporting SOPs), documenting and collecting data in context of agreed process framework, tracing back to Insurance Value Chain, whilst identifying opportunities for improvements which will need to be ratified ahead of their development as part of an operational transformation program.
    • Responsible for guiding colleagues by supporting them in understanding the outcome scope driven by business needs and providing the broader context of target operating model.
    • Communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of people, including subject matter experts to challenge, verify requirements and deliver solutions.
    • Define measurable objectives and results for the teams, ensuring clarity and alignment towards desired outcomes.

    Skill Set /Experience Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 5+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, P&C industry/commercial insurance preferred
    • 5+ years experience drafting project management artifacts
    • Experience with above responsibilities
    • Attention to detail and the ability to communicate and listen to operational business owners and subject matter experts, to document existing business processes
    • Must have excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be highly organized.
    • Must be able to work independently.
    • Must possess excellent presentation skills.
    • Advanced knowledge Word, Excel, PPT
    • Advanced familiarity with all aspects of business process documentation, requirements gathering, and project management.
    • Ability to work with and adjust to evolving processes, tight deadlines and changing priorities.
