    About This Roll:

    Under the guidance of our Clinical Director and COO, Cascade Counseling is seeking licensed and associate clinicians to join our expanding team. As a clinician with us, you will have the opportunity to provide individual therapy to children and youth (age 5+), families, and/or adults, as well as offer case management, consultation, care coordination, and other essential services. Our leadership team brings over 4 decades of combined experience in the behavioral health industry, and we co-create a culture with values anchored in work/life balance, and professional development.     Responsibilities:

    • Complete thorough assessments, treatment plans, case notes, and other written documentation within 24 hours of service delivery
    • Effectively utilize electronic health record for scheduling, file management, and other needs that might arise for your caseload
    • Provide case management, consultation, care coordination and other services as necessary to provide high quality care for your clients
    • Provide individual therapy to children and youth (age 5+), families and/or adults
    • Provide other associated duties, including, but not limited to, maintenance of client records with high professional standards, response to client phone calls and emails within appropriate timeframes.
    • Associates participate in biweekly group supervision as well as biweekly individual supervision. All supervision is a benefit of employment.
    • Participate in quarterly Cascade Counseling and Consulting all staff team meetings
    • Maintain good communication with Cascade Counseling and Consulting administration
    • Must be currently licensed with the appropriate Oregon Board as an LCSW, CSWA, LPC, Professional Counselor Associate or similar.

    Requirements

    • Hold an active license to practice in Oregon (LCSW, CSWA, LPC, Professional Counselor Associate, or similar)
    • Hold or obtain professional liability insurance that meets expected professional standards.
    • Training or experience in one or more areas: trauma-focused modalities, evidence-based practices or specialized service delivery
    • Have experience working in multiple levels of care, including: outpatient, crisis work, assessment/triage and/or inpatient behavioral health(preferred)
    • Experience working with diverse client populations

    Benefits

    • Wage potential based off 30 clinical hours/week
      1. Associates: $80,820-$93,300
      2. Licensed: $108,900 - $124,500 Based off 30 Clinical hours/week
