    Description
    The Project Manager is a significant role in the company's organization and its impact on achieving strategic goals.

    This position is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of various company projects and strategic initiatives to ensure they are completed on time.

    This includes developing, planning and collaborating with various department leaders to help streamline our processes to ensure we reach our goals and keep projects on track for timely completion.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Partner with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) on the development of the project's elements and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks, on time, to specifications and with accuracy and efficiency.

    Evaluate projects to ensure that they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets and meet deadlines.
    Document the project's creation, development, and execution plans as well as the project's scope, budget and justification.
    Outline the tasks involved in the project and delegate accordingly.

    Produce and maintain project-related documents including but not limited to project plan (scope, milestone list, schedule), risk assessment and mitigation plans, change requests, status reports, etc.

    Conducts risks assessment; reports identified risks to the ELT; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk.
    Addresses questions and/or concerns throughout the lifecycle of the project.
    Serves as the liaison between key company, customer and vendor contacts.
    Communicates and collaborates with various teams to provide information required for new projects, programs and systems. Ensure timely, clear and concise communication of project status.
    Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
    Performs all other related duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in relevant field, which may include business, management, engineering, information technology, or related discipline.
    At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
    PMP, PgMP, CAPM, CSM, and/or comparable project management certifications, strongly preferred.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, required.
    Exceptional interpersonal, emotional intelligence (EQ), and customer service skills, required.
    Effective active listening skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
    Outstanding attention to detail and superb organization and follow-up skills. Ability to hold people accountable.
    Aptitude to garner respect by treating others with dignity and encouraging an atmosphere of mutual value and respect.
    Demonstrate a commanding leadership presence, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Ability to lead with confidence, inspire others, and drive positive change.
    Proven time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines.

    Effective negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes.
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or related software and technology systems such as ERP, CRM, JIRA, etc.
    Additional Comments
    Approximately 20-25% of travel, both local and overnight, for meetings, conferences, industry trade shows/events, etc.
