The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning and providing patient care for assigned patients in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care as set forth in the Nursing Department Clinical Practice Manual.Responsibilities
- Maintains patient safety by identifying risk factors and intervening appropriately.
- PARTICIPATES IN PRODUCT TRIALS BY EVALUATING FOR SAFETY.
- UTILIZES NURSING JUDGMENT IN IMPLEMENTING PHYSICIAN ORDERS IN A SAFE AND CONSCIENTIOUS MANNER..
- NOTIFIES MANAGER, CLINICAL LEADER OR SUPERVISOR WITH ANY CONCERNS..
