    We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** to coordinate and participate in the installation and onboarding set up. Also provide solutions for various technological devices while overseeing the customer database. The Customer Service Representative should be organized, able to multitask with ease, and have strong attention to detail.

    **This position will travel to the customers site for technical help, clean driving record is a must. We pay mileage for site travel.**

    **Duties and Responsibilities**

    Contact with customers via phone or email.

    Coordinate installs from appointment setting, onboarding, software implementation, paperwork, and post install maintenance.

    Process and organize paperwork for orders, removals, cancellations, and pickup requests.

    Works closely with administrative, sales, and supply departments.

    Obtain meters from printer devices.

    Install necessary software for meter and auto toner replenishment program.

    Ensure proper customer inventory.

    Perform customer reviews.

    **Experience and Qualifications**

    High school diploma required.

    Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

    Customer service experience via email and phone.

    Technical knowledge of computer software, printer installation is a plus

    Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

    Attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and excellent organizational skills.

    Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

    Able to work independently and as a productive team member.

    Professional and positive outlook.

    Clean driving record.
