Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Platform Architect Comerica is excited to be enhancing our architecture team and is looking for a qualified RPA Platform Architect that will focus on leveraging the UI Path RPA platform to develop new or enhance existing RPA bots to increase business performance and process automation enterprise wide.

So experience with UI Path is highly preferred. Platform architects will need to provide expert level expertise on the platforms they support. This includes platform features, functionality, integrations, and inter-dependencies. Understanding how the platform is deployed within the hosting and network environment is also required.

Detailed knowledge of how the platform supports business processes and the ability to consult with business users on how best to leverage the platform to achieve needed outcomes will be key to long term success in the role.

Daily you can expect to complete activities such as:

• Provide expert knowledge on platform capabilities, processes, and best practices.
• Configure or enhance the platform to achieve business outcomes and use cases.
• Provide guidance to teams on how to best leverage the platform to meet requirements.
• Engineer integration services to allow for information to be efficient accessed.
• Provide leadership to design complex system architectures and platform processes.
• Continuously reviewing and recommending improvements for resiliency, security and Technology Lifecycle Management currency for platform capabilities.

Deliverables you will be accountable for include:

• Owning and developing platform roadmap.
• Owning platform technical design documents.
• Owning platform system integration design.
• Executing platform upgrades.
• Lead developers and deployment of new platform features.
• Maintain platform compliance to supported versions and resiliency requirements.
• Drives standardization and create reusable patterns to accelerate development.

Position Responsibilities:
Innovation * Perform research activities to identify emerging technologies and trends that may affect the enterprise. * Maintain awareness of vendor/product industry developments, regulations and trends and identify potential impacts to the enterprise. * Assist in vendor/product selection activities including the development of vendor/product evaluation models used in Requests for Proposal (RFP's).

* Design and oversee efforts in building effective bank specific Proof of Concept demonstrations and socialize the results throughout the enterprise and all levels of management.

Strategy * Lead or support enterprise capability definition aligned with business strategy. * Provide technical/business consulting to internal IS organizations and client-sponsored activities outside of IS.

* Acquire and maintain deep understanding of Comerica's business domain specific business processes, supporting applications, integrations and dependencies, security model, technology constraints and limitations.

* Analyze the business drivers that determine key architecture requirements. * Highly engaged and drive strategic domain specific initiatives and programs from a technology perspective. * Develops and maintains strong relationships with business domain leadership to keep track of changing business needs and priorities.
