Expired & Auction Domain Acquisition Specialist (Mental Health / Wellness Niche)

Job description
We are looking for an experienced Expired Domain Hunter / Auction Acquisition Specialist to help us identify and acquire high-quality aged domains in the mental health, wellness, psychology, and psychedelic-assisted therapy niches.
Our goal is to purchase 2-3 strong domains1) A domain for building a directory of mental health providers (primarily therapists).
2) A domain for launching a wellness products marketplace (a domain previously used for an e-commerce store would also be suitable).
3) for 301 redirect integration into our main website )We are also considering acquiring an existing, operating website in this niche. If you can assist with sourcing such opportunities, please let us know. In that case, our acquisition budget would be higher.
Responsibilities
- Search daily across SpamZilla, DropCatch, DomCop, NameJet, GoDaddy Auctions and other sources
- Identify highquality expired, deleted, or auction domains matching our criteria
- Perform a fullquality assessment for each candidate (SEO metrics, backlinks, history, spam check)
- Provide a structured shortlist with justification for each domain
- Assist in bid strategy and acquisition timing if needed
- Evaluate whether each domain is suited for our tasks
We are specifically looking for domains that historically belonged to:
- Therapist or retreat directories
- Domains previously used for wellnessrelated ecommerce or marketplace projects (especially relevant for a wellness products marketplace)
- Mental health clinics, counseling centers
- Psychology blogs, wellness portals
- Psychedelicassisted therapy, retreats, integrative medicine
- Meditation / mindfulness / holistic health
- Addiction recovery, trauma healing
Acceptable related niches:
general healthcare, yoga, personal development, wellness retreats.
Quality & SEO Criteria
DR 30–60 (Ahrefs) — ideal range 40–50+ (DR 20+ might be fine too if there are no alternatives)
100–1000+ referring domains (no spam)
Clean & natural backlink profile
Majority links from reputable sources (EN language)
No spam, no adult/casino/crypto/PDF injection
Stable history in Wayback (preferably pre-2020 registration)
Preferably with high-authority links (.gov, .edu, NHS, universities, major media)
No previous 301 redirects applied
Suitable for mapping redirects (homepage or internal URLs)
TLD preferences:
Best:
.com
Acceptable:
.org, .net,
Geo preference:
UK/EU is ideal, US is also acceptable.

$500–$2000 per acquired domain, depending on quality. We are also open to acquiring an existing, operating website in this niche (directory, content site, clinic website, or wellness marketplace). If you can source such opportunities, please let us know. In this case, our acquisition budget would be higher.

Proven history of sourcing clean, high-authority domains
Familiarity with DropCatch, DomCop, SpamZilla, NameJet, GoDaddy Auctions
Ability to filter aggressively for spam and domain repurposing
Strong communication and reporting skills
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
