    **Customer Experience Associate**

    As a Customer Experience Associate, your main responsibility is to ensure all customers have a fantastic shopping experience, by engaging with them, upholding customer service standards, and keeping the store clean and organized.

    • **Positive Store Culture:** Act with honesty, integrity, and respect to promote a positive work environment
    • **Merchandising Excellence:** Maintain merchandising standards and follow procedures diligently
    • **Sales Floor Management:** Process merchandise accurately and assist with store recovery tasks
    • **Compliance:** Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, as well as labor laws and company policies
    • **Flexibility:** Be willing to work in different store areas to support business needs

    Your role may also include working in various store departments and contributing to shrink reduction initiatives.

    **Job Type:** Part-time
