The Office Services Coordinator provides general office services and office operations support including managing office supply inventory purchasing supplies as needed processing all mail packages received delivering distributing all mail packages internally preparing processing shipping outgoing mail packages.
Complete required work for meetings events other happenings conference room setup prior meeting cleanup after meeting responsible for answering switchboard telephone calls greeting processing visitors coordinate creation of access cards employees guests vendors security policies.
