- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
- Ensures complete cleanliness sanitation Washes pots pans trays based on assigned procedures Ensure complete cleanliness sanitation Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler chemical dip buffing wheel hand cloth depending on assigned equipment procedures Ensure complete cleanliness sanitation Maintains temperatures chemical levels outlined provided standards Keeps dish area orderly compliance safety standards Sweeps mops kitchen floors ensure compliance safety sanitation standards Washes worktables walls refrigerators meat blocks other food prep surfaces Removes trash places designated containers Steam cleans hoses garbage cans Transfers supplies equipment between storage work areas Helps load unload supplies product Performs other duties assigned
