    Description
    *LOCATION*: NAPERVILLE, IL

    *IMMEDIATE HIRE*Do you have experience as a Commercial Reconstruction Project Director / Estimator working on interior and exterior construction? This full-service restoration company is growing and looking for an excellent PD/Estimator

    *As the Reconstruction Project Director / Estimator, you will handle the reconstruction project of damage caused to homes and businesses after water, fire and storm damage.

    *We are looking for someone with interior and exterior restoration industry experience that can manage crews and has fantastic customer service skills.

    *Primary responsibilities:
    • Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction
    • Provide priority response to customers and be their point of contact throughout the project
    • Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
    • Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
    • Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors and insurance representatives
    • Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles and other material assets
    • Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times
    • Participate in recruiting, hiring and training production teammates
    Requirements
    * *3 years' management experience working for a restoration company or remodeling/ construction company
    • Manage / Estimate reconstruction projects
    • Great customer service skills
    • Ability to handle vendors, sub-contractors, schedules, etc.
    • Project Management Course highly recommended
    • Xactimate

    $90, $125,000.00 per year
