I am looking for the BEST PAINTER in Florida. If you believe you are him/her, then do not hesitate and contact me. Caulking skills are a PLUS. Cleaning and Waterproofing skills are a PLUS.

+Comfortable working on scaffolding and swing stages at heights above 3 floors is a MUST.

+Previous experience as a painter is a MUST.

+100% Traveling position. Jobs are located in Stuart, Miami, and the Tampa Bay area.

+Must have experience with spray applications of TNEMEC and West Painting Systems.

+Attention to detail workers only.

+Reliable workers only.

+OSHA 10-hour and/or 30-hour cards, a PLUS First Aid CPR a PLUS.

+Power Swing Stage and Aerial Man Lift training is a PLUS.

+Current job sites are in Plant City, Tampa, and Saint Petersburg. Warehouse Mill shop in Saint Petersburg.

+MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, clean background check (will be working in government facilities from time to time), and drug-free. NO EXCEPTIONS.

+Having Tools a PLUS will be compensated accordingly.

+Comfortable working at heights (Occasional use of system scaffolding, tube frame scaffolding, baker scaffolding, power stage, and aerial man lift equipment).

Ready to work today if possible. We are looking for the right people who are willing to work hard, work different shifts when needed, and are willing to travel for brief periods of out-of-town work.
