Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Pharmacist in the State of New Mexico to join a hospital for the next 12 or 13 weeks.As an Inpatient Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical services to patients and responsibilites will include typical inpatient duties.

Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist

Location: New Mexico

Job Type: Temp/Travel

Duration: Approximately 12 to 13 weeks

Shift: Day Shifts, 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• Order verification and processing
• Supervising pharmacy technicians
• Handling incoming calls and inquiries to the pharmacy
• Pharmacokinetics assessment and monitoring
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication regimens
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant pharmacy regulations and standards
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active New Mexico pharmacist license
• Inpatient experience
• Full-time availability for the duration of the assignment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to changes
