Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Perform desktop configuration and staging tasks utilizing server-based imaging software.
• Receive and respond to user inquiries and requests via telephone, email, or in person contact.
• Test and maintain audio and visual equipment daily within office conference rooms.
• Document all activities in the case tracking system with speed, accuracy, and proficiency.
• Perform laptop upgrades; ensuring all employees have the latest hardware and software to perform their duties efficiently.
• Assist team members with administrative and technology support tasks such as technology Asset Management, inventory management, and other Technology Service projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware components and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform basic installation of desktop hardware and software.
• General knowledge of MS Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, learning , hands-on environment.
• Excellent Communication skills by telephone and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service ability to interact with users with professionalism, composure and empathy and a desire to help others.
• US Citizenship is Required for this role
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and natural curiosity about technology.
