    Job Overview: CommonHealth Recovery is seeking an exceptional Substance Abuse Counselor to provide counseling for a maximum of 10 hours per week in an office-based IOP setting.

    Working Location: In-office position based out of our Frankfort office located at 1604 Louisville Road, Frankfort KY 40601

    Qualifications:

    CSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPCC, CADC, LCADC, etc..

    2+ years of clinical experience working with clients who have a substance use disorder (SUD) is preferred.

    Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

    *Salary will commensurate with experience.

    Role Responsibilities:

    Conduct 10 hours per week of Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group sessions;

    Prepare individual treatment plans for each assigned patient;

    Ensure all documentation regarding patient care, treatment and incidents is completed timely and in a clear, concise manner;

    May act as a liaison between referral sources and patients;

    Provide crisis intervention to patients, as needed;

    May plan for aftercare for assigned patients;

    Evaluate patient's needs and determines if referrals to other programs or facilities are needed;

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Schedule: 10 Hours/Week

    Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 5:30PM - 8:30PM, nine (9) hours/week.

    One (1) hour/week will be allocated to treatment planning and documentation for IOP participants.

    Hours may be subject to change based on organizational needs for flexibility.

    Employment Type:

    1099 Contractor, Part-Time
