    We are currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to join our esteemed partner, an internationally renowned luxury hotel group based in Miami.

    As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the HR function, ensuring the development and implementation of effective HR strategies and practices to support the company's goals and objectives.

    Responsibilities
    Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
    Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of top talent
    Manage and oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
    Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
    Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
    Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, incentive plans, and employee benefits
    Oversee the HRIS system and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records
    Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
    Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture

    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably within the hospitality industry
    Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
    Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
    Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    Experience with HRIS systems and other HR-related software
    Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
    Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is preferred
