The Central Processing (CPC) Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Central Processing Center, ensuring efficient execution of processes while meeting company production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight:

• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.
• Team Leadership:
• Supervise and provide leadership to operational staff.

• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in management/leadership role.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in operational analysis and performance management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year.
