was established in 1993 in Peachtree City, GA, as part of the Plastics & Devices Division manufacturing and assembling a variety of precision molded plastic parts for various applications in the medical industry.

The subsidiary operates in an 87,500 sq. ft. production facility with 200 employees. Job DescriptionKnowledge as it was imparted within the framework of a 3-year technical training (e.g. as a process mechanic for KKT) and expanded by a relevant further training as a technician.

This function requires at least 3 years of experience in the field of automation control production and special knowledge in tool sampling and process finding / test executionTechnical expertise in the area of PLC source code (Siemens, Alan Bradley) necessaryGood knowledge of the processing properties of plasticsGood IT-User knowledge (MES, SAP, MS-Office)Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)Self-motivated and design motivationAction orientation, conscientiousness and flexibilitySensitivity and contact capabilityHigh sociability and team orientationEmotional stability, resilience and self-confidenceGood communication skillsBasic intercultural competenceHigh analytical competenceAbility to transfer acquired expertise to new situationsQualificationsIndependent implementation of standardized tool qualification including complete sampling documentation to ensure a smooth production start-up, taking into account the required component quality.

Independent application of systematic tool sampling (GR process development) internally as well as with external suppliers / customersIndependent execution of function samplingSystematic determination of all relevant process parameters as well as problem solving and optimization of all automation tasksIndependent implementation of qualification runsReviewing and modifying of documentation in accordance as needed with valid specifications (e.g.
