    Job Responsibilities Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer success matters including product education, escalation, retention, and expansionCollaborate with the sales team to ensure knowledge is shared throughout the sales, implementation and onboarding processMaintain strong relationships with existing customers and proactively drive satisfactionProactive outreach to identify and upsell new opportunities to customers where applicable (Active Partner Program)Work with the sales team and clients to complete and submit sales agreements and related documentationEducates customers of new products/features/enhancements/marketing strategiesWill escalate sales opportunities to ensure maximum value is being receivedRegularly visit customers to work outside field sales needsMaintain detailed notes and records within our CRM when onboarding new clients or supporting existing clientsMust maintain an intense attention to detail while inputting sensitive business information and critical account settingsMake customers voices heard by providing feedback to client services team on client issuesSchedule and confirm appointments for Sales TeamPrimary contact for contract renewals/resignsJob Requirements Restaurant experience preferredAbility to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment2+ years of account management, sales, customer support, customer success or similarExcellent social skills, project coordination and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as, with outside clients and vendorsBe creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill setsStrong familiarity with customer serviceMicrosoft Office, CRM experience desiredVersiTech is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
