Senior Business Analyst Consultant


Location:
Dallas, TX/Plano, TX

Day one onsite, hybrid model.

Responsibilities

Liaising between the executives and product team.

Acting as an information source and communicator between business units.

Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth for product.

Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models.

Utilizing data for business insights.

Analyzing business needs.

Finding suitable solutions to business requirements.

Producing reports on application development and implementation.

Doing Functional Testing and facilitating User Acceptance Testing.

Analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Requirements

15+ years of consulting experience, accomplishing multiple tasks within fast paced environments.

Exposure in requirement gathering for Business Intelligence (BI) tool is preferred.

Experience in data integration and analytics is a big plus.

Expert in conflict resolution, problem-solving and stakeholder management.

Excellent interpersonal skills and having ability to quickly develop rapport with stakeholders

Ability to focus on high-payoff improvements to achieve immediate benefits.

Ability to articulate, plan and execute with meticulous precision

Ability to learn from feedback and improve own consulting practice
