+Responsibilities
- Evaluates and conducts employee performance reviews. Responsible for and has the authority to hire and fire direct reports in consultation with pharmacy director/assistant director and Employee Labor Relations.
- Maintain and communicate policies and procedures to employees Monitor productivity and coach employee(s) on performance improvement Supervise daily work and functions performed by staff and reschedule work assignment as needed
