We are looking to add an

Information Technology Support Professional

to our growing Guard1 team.

Responsibilities
Provide world-class service to our customers via phone, email, chat and onsite visits
Support our Guard1 hardware and software products.
Travel to customer sites for site surveys, implementations, and system support.
This position is 40% to 60% travel, mostly within Michigan.
Develop and improve your knowledge of our products and related technologies, including networking, authentication, hosted applications, and SQL Server.
Special projects related to product support.

We would like to speak with you if you have:
Experience in a technical support or IT management role.
A 'whatever it takes' attitude about customer service.
The desire to work someplace special, with talented and motivated colleagues.
Experience with cloud management or Microsoft Azure
