Georgia Regional Hospital - Atlanta is situated on 174 acres in DeKalb County, about three miles from the city of Atlanta.
Our three major program areas include Adult Mental Health, Forensic Services, and Developmental Disabilities with a catchment area that includes all of metro Atlanta and extends to the northwestern state borders.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary treatment teams in an acute inpatient setting, serving adults with severe mental illness, trauma histories, impulse control issues, and interpersonal challenges.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing psychological assessments, behavioral interventions, individual therapy, and group interventions to support the recovery of the people we serve.

Qualifications - External
Doctorate degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited college or university AND current Georgia license to practice psychology AND One year of experience at the lower level Psychologist 1 (HCP140) or equivalent
