    Description
    Contingent Upon Award......Not a rotational position.

    The Site Manager must have not less than fifteen (15) years of Aircraft maintenance experience with a minimum of ten (10) years experience in program management with an MSCI degree and preferably with an MBA degree and PMP certificate.

    Continuing Airworthiness Management responsibilities include but not limited to:
    a. Maintenance Program Management (AMP set up analysis, amendments).
    b. Long and short-term maintenance planning.
    c. Scheduling and production of relevant work packages. Grouping maintenance tasks efficiently to minimize aircraft downtime.
    d. Maintaining all Aircraft technical records including aircraft and component individual logbooks (Airframe, Engine, and APU). Maintaining AD/ASB/SB history. component log cards and component maintenance records. Storage and archiving in line with End Users and local authority requirements.
    e. Airworthiness directives & mandatory requirements management (analysis. scheduling & monitoring) (ADs, ASBs, SBs, CSNs, etc.).
    f. Management of non-mandatory modification.
    g. Maintenance check/task extension requests.
    h. Components monitoring (Hard Time & LLP)
    i. Reliability Program Management (inspection finding analysis and AMP development based on reliability data).
    j. Provide engineering technical support, including a single point of contact for all correspondence with OEM.
    k. Support of occurrence & technical flight safety investigation
    I. Technical publications management (provision, review, update).
    m. Annual Aircraft Airworthiness Review.
    n. Arranging Flight Permit issuance as required.
    o. Arranging Export Certificate of Airworthiness issuance as required.
    p. Arranging aircraft De-registration/Registration as required.
