    Our client is looking for a seasoned Multi-Unit Operations Manager with a robust background in customer service-oriented industries such as retail, hospitality, or leasing. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience managing multiple units, ideally overseeing 10 or more locations, demonstrating a proven ability to drive operational excellence and superior customer service.

    Qualifications:
    • A minimum of four years of multi-unit operations experience in industries such as retail, restaurant, hotel, leasing, or rental.
    • Demonstrated integrity, exceptional leadership, strong interpersonal, effective communication, and adept problem-solving skills.
    • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
    Responsibilities:
    • A passionate leader focused on hiring, developing, and retaining top talent to create outstanding customer experiences.
    • Actively seeks customer feedback, addresses service issues promptly, and ensures a high standard of customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborates effectively with team members and leadership to meet objectives and implement business initiatives, serving as a knowledge resource on operational and customer-related matters.
    • Develops strategies tailored to the market to expand the success of each store, leveraging unique strengths and opportunities within the district.

    Duties:
    • Manages financial aspects such as rental rates, discounts, and other income sources to optimize profitability.
    • Monitors controllable expenses to maximize return on investment for each location.
    • Conducts semi-annual audits and facility assessments, reports findings to the division office, and coordinates necessary follow-up actions.
    • Analyzes financial reports and profit & loss statements to address trends and issues in district performance.
    • Engages external resources to support district-wide operations and execute regional initiatives across functions like human resources, revenue management, procurement, finance, and marketing.

    The successful candidate will exhibit a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of managing multiple business units to foster an environment of growth and success.
