- Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) Euclid is an investment casting foundry that specializes in complex aerospace & gas turbine components.
- Work cooperatively in a team environment to develop and enhance robust manufacturing/metallurgical processes to support the company's growth in the aerospace and industrial investment casting markets.
- Develop the overall metallurgical DS/SX casting process from gate design to establishing shelling parameters.
- Interpret customer specifications relative to establishing internal written NDT specifications.
- Develop the overall metallurgical casting process from gate design to establishing casting parameters.
- Investigate metallurgical failure using root cause analysis.
- Minimum 5 years applicable experience: Metallurgist or Process Engineer in the DS/SX investment casting industry.
- Knowledge of DS/SX casting process, shell parameters and metallurgical impact.
