    A hospital-based rehabilitation team in Logansport, Indiana is seeking a

    Full-Time
    Occupational Therapist (OT)

    to join their Therapy & Rehabilitation Unit. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, competitive pay, and strong incentives including sign-on and relocation assistance.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist looking to work in a collaborative hospital setting focused on helping patients regain independence and improve functional outcomes.

    Hourly Pay:
    $37.42 – $56.13
    Up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

    Responsibilities


    • Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
    • Implement therapeutic interventions focused on functional independence and daily living skills
    • Provide patient-centered care in a hospital-based rehabilitation environment
    • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members
    • Supervise and collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
    • Educate patients and families on therapy plans and home programs
    • Complete documentation and billing accurately and in a timely manner
    Qualifications


    • Graduate of an accredited
    Occupational Therapy

    program


    • Bachelor's degree acceptable if graduated prior to 1/1/2002
    • Master's degree required if graduated after 1/1/2002
    Indiana Occupational Therapist license

    (or eligible within 90 days)


    • CPR certification required within 90 days
    Preferred Experience


    • Hospital or rehabilitation setting experience preferred
    • Experience working within interdisciplinary care teams
    Additional Requirements


    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and 100 pounds with assistance
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Flexibility to work at additional locations as needed
