    Role Overview:


    As a UX researcher specializing in DTC, you will lead evaluative research, behavioral analytics, and performance metrics for our e-commerce clients.

    This role will be responsible for weekly and monthly reporting, implementing A/B testing, and collaborating with growth, account, and creative team leads to manage the roadmap for website features.

    This is a hands-on role that will be driving the success of our clients online business.


    Key Responsibilities:

    User Research and Insights:
    Conduct research to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points in the DTC space.
    Develop a detailed understanding of user flows and journey maps for various use cases throughout the conversion funnel.


    A/B Testing Program:
    Lead the development and implementation of a robust A/B testing program for our DTC clients.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing hypotheses, set KPIs, and execute experiments to optimize user experience and conversion rates.


    Reporting and Analysis:
    Generate weekly and monthly reports on key website performance metrics and A/B testing outcomes.
    Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to continuously improve DTC strategies.


    Collaboration:

    Work closely with design, development, and strategy teams to integrate research findings into the ideation and execution phases of projects.

    Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, aligning UX research efforts with overarching DTC strategies.


    Industry Trends:
    Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform UX strategies and recommendations

    Qualifications:
    Proven experience in UX research, preferably in DTC and CPG.Strong proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and tools.
    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    Exceptional communication skills to convey research findings and recommendations effectively.
    Experience with Shopify is preferred.
