    Description

    Client is an independent wealth management firm that supports retirees and young professionals.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide general support to clients by answering questions and efficiently responding to their needs
    • Answer and direct phone calls
    • Plan meetings, seminars and events
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled monthly and quarterly reports
    • Maintain contact lists using CRM package (RedTail).
    • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
    • Prepare and process new account paperwork

    Skills

    • Proven experience with client services with a banking background or financial services training (annuities, IRAs and brokerage accounts)
    • Knowledge of or ability to learn office management systems and procedures
    • Ability to learn new software programs from an eLearning portal
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
    • Ability to work alone without daily supervisory oversight
    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
    • Friendly upbeat attitude
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
