    Human Resource Workstream Lead – Manufacturing Plant Launch

    Remote: In US.

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Workstream Lead to oversee all HR activities associated with the launch of a new manufacturing facility. This role requires strategic HR leadership, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful ramp-up of the plant. The ideal candidate has experience in HR leadership within manufacturing environments and a proven ability to deliver results on complex, fast-moving projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Workstream Leadership

    • Serve as the HR lead for the manufacturing plant launch project.
    • Develop and manage the HR project plan, including milestones and deliverables.
    • Act as the primary liaison between HR, operations, and project management teams.

    Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning

    • Define staffing models and hiring timelines for plant ramp-up in collaboration with operations leadership.
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition to source, onboard, and train plant personnel.
    • Support leadership hiring and design of organizational structures.

    Policy & Compliance

    • Develop site-specific HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
    • Ensure alignment with corporate standards and local labor laws.
    • Support readiness for safety, EHS, and labor relations initiatives.

    Culture & Change Management

    • Lead culture-building initiatives aligned with company values.
    • Support change management efforts during plant launch and scale-up.
    • Facilitate leadership alignment and employee engagement strategies.

    Systems & Infrastructure

    • Coordinate HRIS setup and integration for the new facility.
    • Ensure readiness of payroll, timekeeping, and benefits systems.
    • Support training and development infrastructure.

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred.
    • Demonstrated success leading HR workstreams for large-scale capital projects or plant launches.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
    • Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive clarity across cross-functional teams.
