We are excited to offer a Local office in your area. Become apart of the largest car insurance company in New Jersey and New York. We are hiring highly motivated individuals to become the next successful insurance representative.

Our Successful agents are great at:
Identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from a variety of sources, including networking, referrals, marketing, and lead databases.
Setting appointments and meeting with prospective customers
Presenting and explaining our products and services using a consultative approach, based on a true understanding of clients' needs and goals

Job Responsibilities
To be a successful insurance sales professional you must be great at:
Calling, presenting and selling GEICO Insurance products and services.
Professional phone etiquette
Ability to perform client focused needs analysis meetings

Setting goals with an action plan
Building relationships from a cold start

Job Requirements
Below are a few requirements of an Insurance Sales Professional at the agency.
Maintain an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude daily
Willingness to learn and be coach-able
A great self-starter
Intermediate computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and various Windows applications
Obtain Insurance Licenses for Property & Casualty or Personal Lines
Service existing customer for All products

Salary Information
At our GEICO Agency, we offer a competitive salary, and bonuses and more.

First Year Agents should make a minimum of $45,000/year, with top producers earning over $95,000/ Year.

Future Opportunity's include Management, Supervisor, Team Leads, and Marketing positions.

Full-time, Part-time

Pay:
$40, $95,000.00 per year
