Job summary
The Instructional Designer will leverage strong instructional design and multimedia development skills to analyze, design, develop, implement evaluate and maintain training curriculum and content.This includes creating interactive eLearning modules facilitator guides job aids and other learning resources that enhance organizational performance.
The ideal candidate will apply instructional design theories adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences while collaborating closely with subject matter experts SMEs business stakeholders.
