    Asset Management Analyst Salary:
    $60,000-$75,000The Asset Management Analyst will work closely with the CFO, Asset Manager and others, focusing on:Underwriting of new acquisition and development opportunitiesRefinancing analysisCalculating investment risks and opportunitiesLeasing proformas and scenario analysisMonitoring market trends and investment portfoliosClosing co-ordinationClosing checklist managementAnalyzing relevant legal documents to support investment decisionsDocument reviewsBudget and timeline managementAssisting in investment reporting to ensure accuracy

    Asset Management Analyst Requirements:

    Bachelors degree in finance or related field2 years Analyst or Asset Management experienceUnderstanding of real estate principles and practicesAdvanced knowledge of ExcelExperience in Rent Manager Property Management software preferredExceptional organizational and time-management skills and a keen eye for detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listeningSelf-starter and independent workerProficient in understanding various real estate areas including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, etc.
