    • Prioritize short- and long-term goals, along with architectural trade-offs to ensure the team delivers quality results while meeting deliverables.
    • Collaborate and build strong cross-functional partnerships with Product Management, Design, and Business Operations.
    • Hire, coach, and promote a diverse and talented team of full-stack engineers and managers.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years experience in a highly collaborative, growth-driven environment centered on subscriptions and payments.
    • 5+ years experience successfully leading, managing, and coaching multiple engineering teams.
    • 8+ years hands-on software development experience.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a starting base salary of $220,000 - $300,000, depending on location and experience, as well as company stock options.
    • 20 vacation days (and we expect you to take them).
    • Competitive health, dental, and vision insurance.
    • Employer-sponsored 401k plan with company match.
